Aroni and his helper installed a new Ac today and they were fantastic. Very efficient. Put AC stopped working yesterday and we had a new unit by the next day. The office staff is always willing to go about and beyond. We have been satisfied customers for about 15 years now. Five stars. !!

Dee was very professional, on time and explained everything for us to make the best decision based upon his findings with our unit. He called on the way and I was able to meet him as needed vs waiting around all day. Been using Kyzar for a long time had many techs here. Dee was one of the best!

My AC went out, and I noticed a few neighbors across the street used Kyzar and had great things to say, so I reached out for a replacement quote. I’m honestly very grateful I did. Not only were they the most affordable option, but the gentleman who came out was extremely professional and took the time to clearly explain all my options. He also discussed the UV light options with me, which I really appreciated. I’m so glad I decided to move forward with it. I like that they don’t push anything on you—they simply explain what they recommend, and you’re free to decide what works best for you. From beginning to end, everything was handled with care and respect. It truly felt like they valued me as a customer. The crew worked incredibly hard, stayed focused the whole time, and did a beautiful job with the installation. They even left the closet where the unit is cleaner than it was before they started, which I truly appreciate. I’m very thankful for the quality of work, the professionalism, and how smoothly everything went.
